So you walk in to wash your hands and you notice theres two hosts to get water from, one is for cold and one is for hot. They are not close enough so that you can get both hot and cold at the same time. You have to choose to have cold or you can use it as it is suppose to be used. You do the same procedure as with a bath and then wash your hands, it would be the only way to make it medium warm. Now tell me who... I really mean who do ever take such an effort when they wash their hands? I've seen english people wash their hands and not once at this stupid waterdevice been used properly. They do like everyone else have to choose the really cold or the really hot.
Seriously dont make taps in that way, it ruins the point of washing your hands and not freezing them or boiling them!
